She is by far the best travel agent we have ever had, and we have had many. She is great on the fancy, virtuoso part and cruises. Even more important is that she is very creative in helping plan for travelers who are a little more adventurous, as we are. She helps us find the best boutique hotels and has tremendous knowledge about travelling. She is just also the nicest person to deal with, with a great sense of humor. You don't get no better than this.
